Rainbow Elementary has a staff of fifteen classroom teachers and ten special area teachers.  These specialists include Art, Communications Impaired, Host Nation, English as a Second Language, Music, Gifted, Reading Recovery/Language Arts, Physical Education, Learning Impaired and Media.  We also have both a full-time counselor and a full-time nurse.  There are four full time aides.

   All of the faculty have bachelor's degrees and many have master's degrees.  The faculty is dedicated to President Bush's philosophy, "No child left behind," and works hard to insure that all students have the best education possible.
